NASA Phase I SBIR on Distributed Data Mining
MitekAn team has completed NASA Phase I SBIR project in development of Distributed Data Mining algorithms for aircraft FOQA (Flight Operations Quality Assurance) data. The project supports the needs of commercial aircraft operators, NASA, and DOD in transforming vast amounts of aircraft data accumulated in distributed databases into actionable knowledge.
Smart Energy Systems Project at Stanford
MitekAn's Dr. Dimitry Gorinevsky, is co-PI on one of the projects awarded by from the TomKat Center for Sustainable Energy at Stanford. The grants are aimed at creating a greener, more efficient system for delivering electricity through "smart power grid" systems.
Air Force Phase II SBIR on Engine Health Management
MitekAn is working with GE Aviation Systems on Air Force Phase II SBIR project in development of Mixed Data Fusion (MDF) algorithms and software tools for health management of jet engines. The team developes software function for accurate detection isolation of faults in engine LRUs and gas path by combining the gas path sensor data and discrete BIT (built-in-test) codes. The approach relies on the OEM's detailed engine model.

System Architecture for NASA Integrated Vehicle Health Management
MitekAn's PI, Dr. Gorinevsky, led NASA Aviation Safety Program contract in developing "Systems Architecture for Integration of Vehicle Health Management Research". This is a Level 4 integrative effort within NASA IVHM (Integrated Vehicle Health Management) Project that is closely connected to the program guidance, planning, and work of its advisory committees.
